"I spent 6 unforgettable days at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. My personal butler, David, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of my needs. He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out. I also want to recognize the amazing group of women in dining who checked in on me each day. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel like family. Their dedication and hard work truly do not go unnoticed. My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special. "We had an amazing stay at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. Great service, delicious food, and a clean, beautiful beach with full wait staff bringing food and drinks right to you. The beach is public but feels private and has an incredible snorkeling area with so many colorful fish — it’s like swimming in a real-life aquarium. The water is crystal clear and turns deep just a few feet out. If you enjoy stargazing, stay up late — I saw three shooting stars in one night. Huge thanks to our butler Ned and driver Heiginous for making our stay extra special. Highly recommend! Also highly recommend TreeTop restaurant. Another Gem of St Lucia with Spectacular views and great food. "

"Food was fresh and delicious, the staff are amazing and made an effort to remember our preferences. They all went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. They shared fun facts about the hotel and their culture, along with some local fruits and snacks while we sat by the pool. The resort is immaculately maintained with beautiful gardens everywhere. We would definitely come back! "

"I truly enjoyed my time at Ti Kaye. From the airport pickup, onsite spa services, delicious food at the restaurants onsite, scuba diving/snorkeling instruction to the airport drop off - me and my husband was extremely impressed with the hospitality and offerings of the resort each day. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The only downside was the distance to other places outside the resort, but that was easily remedied when the resort offered transportation to local restaurants. Truly 10/10!"
