"オーナーさんは、とても気さくな方で色々お話しが出来て良かったです。今回、B'zのLIVEで近場でと思い、リーズナブルな金額で2泊出来たので、満足しています。ホテルでは無いので、隣の人の話し声が筒抜けだったので、こちらもなるべく小声で話す様に気遣ったりしました。あと、朝晩少し寒かったので、暖房機器があればと思いました。朝、妻がお隣に泊まっていらっしゃった方も、LIVEに来ていた方だったそうで、少しお話したそうです。"

Option 1: Balanced & Professional (Recommended) While the hotel facilities are great and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Sapporo Station, supermarkets, and convenience stores—I cannot recommend staying here due to the poor customer service. The check-in staff were very unfriendly. In contrast, the dining staff were much more welcoming, especially the lovely lady checking the guest list at the restaurant entrance. As for the room, the queen room was quite spacious, but the carpet was old and looked dirty. Additionally, the price felt expensive, especially with an extra charge of ¥900 per person per night. Given the cold reception at the front desk, there are better accommodation choices in Sapporo."

"Location is spectacular, close to all major trains and right in the heart of Suskino. Room was smaller than most Japanese business hotels I’ve stayed in; could have done without the small table and chairs in the room, and a plug near the bed would have been helpful. Pretty clean, provided unlimited toiletries as well needed, and had a decent laundry facility. Would stay again."
