"Staff was very friendly which eased the frustrations we encountered. The card to open the room failed several times which made us have to return to the front desk to fix it each time taking the very slow elevator. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was installed too high for the curtain so the floor became very wet with each use. The mirror in the bathroom had no light, only one light on the ceiling, very dim for applying make up. No hooks in the bathroom for used towels or toiletries bag, awkward, everything had to pile on the vanity. Randomly got uncomfortably hot in the room in middle of the night despite a/c being set to cold auto 68. Used Expedia to specifically book a two king room for our four adults but when we got there we were put in a one king room. Staff fixed it but frustrating. Never had quite so many hiccups in one stay. I got the feeling the front desk lady had to do everything there, spread thin. She was very nice and tried to make sure everything was fixed. She put us in a bigger room than I originally booked at no charge so we appreciated that. Very spacious and other than the quirks of the bathroom, it was a comfortable , clean room, reasonably comfortable beds. "

"They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. "

"The room was worn out. Lamp shades ripped, finials that hold them in place missing, stains on chairs, tears in the upholstery, no cleaning until I requested and then it was haphazardly done. I am angry we were charged the rate we had to pay. It was worth about $50. Very disappointed."

"We paid for a room with two queen beds but when we arrived the staff member stated that “he” had tried to figure it out but they didn’t have anymore two bed rooms. Instead of calling us and allowing us to cancel or reimburse us for the extra amount we paid to have two beds it was just an “oh well” deal with it. There were 4 of us including our oldest daughter who is 23 weeks pregnant. It was a last minute booking due to a death in our family so we were already worn thin and then this was not a place of rest and recharging for the traveling we needed to do the next day. I asked for a roll away bed and we were given the most disgusting roll away bed I have ever seen. The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about the hotel. She brought us the extra sheets and blankets we requested. The room itself smelled horrible and musty/damp. The carpet was filthy. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was an all around awful experience to add to the sadness we were already feeling with traveling for a funeral."

"My stay was disappointing. Drove in to our neighbors blasting music and it was 12 am. Had to request front desk to ask them to turn the music down. Left with both arms being bitten up by bed bugs and having an allergic reaction. Horrible experience and would not recommend."

"When we booked our room, we specifically booked it because of a third member of the family coming with us so the hide-a-bed couch was a must. There were no bedding for the sofa bed. I had to go back to the desk and request it, to which they handed me a clear bag with the sheets, comforter and pillow in it. Also, the room’s bathroom door would close but not latch. That was annoying. Lastly, there were two rolls of toilet paper both of which were over half used. Luckily, we brought our own. The third floor hall creaked like it was an old hard wood floor under the carpet. It’s a shame to pay today’s prices and get this kind of value. The young lady at the desk when we checked in was very courteous and helpful."
