"Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed."

"A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. "Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. "Lobby was nice, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. When I got to my room the toilet would not flush and 2 lights would not work. Had to go through the AI to get to a real person... not personally a fan of this but the repairs were made the next day. "Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. "The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book?
