"The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. "

"No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind."

"Staff was decent, helpful. however the first night there we witnessed a woman being beat up and last night there men were outside of room taking about shooting each other "

"Didn’t even see breakfast. I wouldn’t eat here anyways. Place was disgustingly dirty. Blood on elevator wall. Our room wasn’t even cleaned. Walked in to kid Barrettes on floor. Trash in bathroom floor. Nothing was wiped down prior. Sheets had brown stains and towels. Police banging on door at 2am, missing kid. Cars burning rubber in parking lot. Kids being unattended inside and outside. Key card had to be reactived each time. Employees had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were here on...

"This entire place smelt like marijana. A coffee maker or microwave in the room would have been great. Our room was only cleaned once."

"When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

"This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!"

"The front desk staff, from check-in to departure, the room, housekeeping- all great and appreciated. We'd come back to this property any chance to be in Winston-Salem. We were there for a hospital procedure. The hotel could not have been more convenient. "

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"Clean rooms, SUPER spacious for bigger families! Close to alot of tasty restaurants! Park across street to walk dogs! Fitness center is perfect, but also close to Rockbox and F45 for my group class fanatics! Staff was friendly and helpful! "
