"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...
"Excellent lodging option. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was cozy. And a nice large bathroom…but the best part was the private dock on the water. Superb place for birding and watching the osprey go fishing. "

"The place was exceptional in all aspects…. Pool should have been open beyond 5:00 pm because that is when people come back to the hotel to relax and unwind"
"The hotel, amenities, and staff were great. Also, close to public transportation. The street getting to the hotel is really "special", but it is New York (Bronx); not the hotel's fault. Regardless, there are some good food choices in the area. They also have private security personnel on duty in the evenings. I could stay there again."
"Dominic was very welcoming and gave us a free early check in. The Edge is super close to the A subway line and if you need to be further uptown, this Hotel is a great place to stay. Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown."
