"Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus Rose liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt."

The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of fresh, tasty home cooked food and plenty of options, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location in the hart of Baščaršija was perfect for exploring Sarajevo. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

"Nice hotel and staff but the room is very small for two people. It was difficult fitting 2 suit cases in."

"The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn"

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."
