From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). "I was given a code to enter the front door and told to take a specific key from the cabinet behind the reception desk and left the key at the reception desk when I left. For my entire stay I did not see a single staff member. I expect that for some types of properties, but I prefer live people be there to greet me and help me if necessary...that's why I don't just rent an apartment with zero interaction with the owner."
