"Check in was good. We got there a bit earlier than 4 and only had to wait a little bit. Holly was amazing and very helpful. If you need more towels than what is in the room, be sure to ask at check in because when we asked the next day around 1, they didn't have any extra towels which was a bummer because we had just gotten back from the beach and needed to all shower. Breakfast was good. Many great choices. I love oatmeal and usually it is too runny, but theirs was good. The area for breakfast was clean too. Seating for breakfast was hit or miss. The staff was extremely nice. The room was nice. The drain was a bit slow in our bathtub but nothing too drastic to need a new room. The AC was super loud when running and a bit clunky sounding. Overall, a good stay and would return. "

"Sheets on bed were not clean I was switched to a new room. The rooms are very different some nicer than others. Breakfast good pool was very nice"

"The room was nice and cleaned, the staff is very nice and friendly.pool area and amenity at the hotel are good like that they have a private beach area only for the guest. They privide free shuttle to the beach with chairs and umbrella "

"Clean room, kind staff, direct private pool access, very short walk to the beach. Right next to main strip in Siesta Key Village. Lots of Restaurants and shops nearby. "

"We had a great time. We were happy to be in walking distance of everything! The room was updated and clean. Wr had a nice kitchen and they provided beach chairs, towels and a wagon. You could even get bikes. All included. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and very nice. "

"Everything was great except the transportation being offered thru the hotel. We walked into the Village, wanted/requested a lift back to the hotel , received confirmation twice and no one showed up! We ended up taking the Breeze bus instead. Very disappointed after being told twice we would be picked up!!"

"The room was clean. AC was cold and shower was hot. Location is very good to beaches and restaurants. Hotel is old, but clean. The BAD. So when you park your car it's at the Front door. There is a back door to the pool area. I found the Do Not Disturb sign in the kitchen counter. So, what did I do when we left I put it on our front door. My wife left All her jewelry out. When we returned, the room had been cleaned! When we went to the office they said they would look into it. Immediately, the Manager who checked me in said there was no sign on door. When I told him it was on front door he said it should be on back door. No one ever told me it needed to be on back door. When I disagreed he got very rude, even threatened to throw me out! I paid for the whole stay upon check-in. He said my wife was being rude. He got 2 other employees there to cheer him in. SUPER rude and wrong! The least he could have done was say his mistake in not saying anything about where to hang sign. Instead, he got loud and NEVER apologized. He even got insulted when we told him we had to check our belongings now. He made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable . BE Aware. "
