"The shuttle driver was busy transporting flight crews both of the times I called. Seems to be guests come last They also have a night club on the roof that blasts music until 1 am on Friday and sat. Were were on the floor below but in the opposites side of the hotel and were kept up till 1 am! "

"Classic Rittz, but could use a few updates so it doesn't start looking like a Marriott."

"We enjoyed our stay at vocoSarasota.. The best part was the amazing and very accommodating staff especially the Shuttle drivers Rich, Barry and Cody. they were terrific. Rooms were very nice. I just wished they had better outdoor accomodations especially the pool area.The daily breakfast was good even when the chef had to be the Manager on duty. Just a few hiccups with that. overall it was a delightful stay and the location was perfect!!!! "

"Staff were really friendly from front desk to bartenders to valet. Food was excellent and pool was nice with a fun vibe. Parts of hotel are dated and parts are newly renovated. It’s in a great location. I would return."

"Ocean view room on 6th floor. Excellent hotel, room and location. Food and drink quality was average. Staff help was very good. I’d go back again. "

"The first surprise was that the elevator was not working and we had the third floor, which apparently was under remodeling and was with paint patches, all with dust around, with a super strong or, horrible, too bad it was at the last minute and being with our dog we had no other options nearby in the middle of the spring break weekend. The staff was kind, but the hotel in general was emaciated."

"My kids read the reviews and refused to sleep under the sheets. Hole in the bathroom wall from the doorknob. Stucco falling off ceiling. In the morning you could see homeless people peeing on the building next door. Toilet clogged. There were things between the sheets. "
