"We like the ability to walk out our door next to the pool and have dining. The uniqueness of the hotel theme was awesome, Koi pond, Lanai, gardens and restaurants adjoining the hotel. Renovations were fabulous along with their decor. Very quiet and Serene. The restaurant had fabulous service and delicious meals. We will continue to stay there when we visit the very close Stanford University and Stanford health."

"Beautiful Hotel/Resort. Everything was clean, actually immaculate. The views were stunning and we loved sitting out on our balcony and listening to the ocean, birds, and even sea lions. The pool and pool staff were great. We were there Wednesday through Friday (in August), and the amount of small children increased as we got closer to the weekend. Take from that what you want. I did not get the chance to enjoy the spa maybe next time. The location was perfect, in between the wharf and the boardwalk. This was an amazing and relaxing stay and we plan to return."

"The hotel had a very relaxing and modern vibe to it. My daughter’s and I really enjoyed the pool and fitness room. We will definitely stay there again."

"Reception service was nice. Lobby and restaurant had lovely aesthetics. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant service was unorganized and slow. Food menu was decent though. Pool area was inviting but definitely need to change their pool chairs. The material makes them look super dirty. Yuk."

"This renovated property is across the street from the beach and a block from the Santa Cruz pier. It is blocks from the train that takes you to the redwoods. It couldn’t be any better of a location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a visit."
