"I booked this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant. We arrived late and needed food. We were told the restaurant was privately booked so we weren’t allowed in there. I asked if we could get food to our room and they bluntly said no. The rooms look like girl guide cabins and if things couldn’t get worse, a load of kids stayed next door on a school sports trip and made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. Absolutely avoid this place and look closer to Gothenburg "

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "Lovely place to stay, close the botanical gardens, which are free :) Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool. Room view was beautiful, and room was very nice. Had everything we would need. Parking is not on site, so you do have to park a few blocks away, and mine was free from booking on expedia, but otherwise there is a charge."

"Great location, close to shops, restaurants and local attraction. The first room we were assigned had a broken toilet. The hotel staff was wonderful and quickly moved us to another room. Overall a very nice place to stay with a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would recommend requesting a room in the tower as they are quieter than the rooms in the first two stories of the hotel."
