"Lovely big room with kettle, fridge and microwave. I even had a little balcony tho I suspect most rooms don't. A/C worked very well.
My room was in an annex across the street and the stairs leading up to it were very steep which may pose a challenge to the less able. The bed side light was a bit dim to read by and the kettle took a while to boil.
Lovely little village with a supermarket and bar close by, plus very little traffic so very quiet of a night time for a good sleep."
"My second stay here and it was fabulous yet again. Room was excellent, the bed you won’t want to get out of. Shower and amenities excellent. Restaurant is awesome, the food is phenomenal. Choices of drinks excellent Hospitality and incredibly friendly attentive staff. Breakfast quality is very good with a good selection of m ats cheese fruit and pastries. Good coffee and fruit juices on tap. Sluiskil is a lovely quiet village with a well stocked SPAR across the road. Suggested room enhancements-...
"A great hotel staff very friendly clean and tidy had to wait quite a while for a drink also there was no hot water in the shower in the morning so had to have a cold shower breakfast was good although it did take some time for them to replenish finished items "
"No air con amd only abandoned in the room (off course I should have done more research) but was not expecting the room to be above 35 deg upon arrival. Almost impossible to settle/sleep and fan had littl3 effect.
Staff were excellent and property was clean
Restaurant closing at something like 8 pm was not good and then finding the bar closed at 9:30 was also not good.- again. Perhaps my own fault for not researching quite enough."
"This is a pricey but very good hotel. The room was comfortable, with quite possibly the biggest shower I have ever seen in a European hotel room. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was fine."
