We have stayed here before and usually enjoy the hotel. This time was very different. The check in agent was rude and abrupt and very unhelpful. The breakfast room was unclean (9th floor upstairs) and the food was low quality and limited options. The dishes were dirty and there was not a clean table ...

The staff are awesome at this hotel. I asked for a couple of things before i even checked in and they were done. Totally love this hotel. The pool area is wonderful and relaxing.
