"This beautiful, renovated property feels luxurious yet comfortable. The views are spectacular from the pool and rooftop terrace. We were welcomed by Djuro who made us feel well taken care of and treated us like friends. We enjoyed chatting with Mohamed who told us about the area and provided excellent service. "There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com. "
