"Everything was excellent in every detail overall and we will stay with Eastin again next year as we did last year as well.
The staff in the executive lounge deserves extra credit for their hospitality and service.
We stayed in their executive deluxe room this time which unfortunately had some strong chemical smell which we later located to be the protective sunfilm on the bathroom windows that gave this smell.
Next time you change or upgrade these please mind this also in the procurement of the same.
Also we noticed that some guests in the executive lounge did not follow the dresscode and came in flipflops and a child with bare feet once. We were waiting for the staff to notify them of the rules but it was not done. This lowered the overall feeling of class in the lounge unfortunately, allowing guests to wear whatever in such facility."
