"Superschone accommodatie. Complete kamer. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.

"Hotel staff unable to find my online booking as confirmed by Expedia. After over 20 minutes then they managed to solved it. Gave me an unclean room then when i complaint they move me to another room."

Location is perfect for the boat to Koh Lipe, around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat in the area - good seafood restaurants. There is a 7 Eleven nearby too. I would strongly suggest that do not book the boat ticket direct from the hotel to avoid any issue trying to board at the...

"Basic facilities but with a pool that was very welcome. Rooms were very clean."

"you get what you pay. "

"We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...
