It would be nice to have a smart TV in the room, especially for guests travelling for business reasons. Breakfast was good, but could offer more variety. "

"I got horrible food poisoning, which started about 3 hours after I ate the hotel breakfast, and didn't eat anything else that day. It could have been from something I ate the night before, but I'm not sure. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, helping me call a car and checking on me while I was sick. "

"The bed was rock solid, shower screen was a nightmare and dispensers not secured properly. This is the 3rd Eurostars hotel we’ve stayed in now as we’ve loved them but was pretty disappointed with this one. "

"The beds' mattresses supports were collapsing if you sat in corner of the bed. The mattresses themselves are terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. The doors were closing only when you locked with the key. "
