"Hotel is clean and finishes updated. Staff very pleasant! 1 minute walk to Powell bart station which is great for Warriors/Giants games. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are filled with homeless. Heard yelling randomly throughout the night, constant flow of homeless outside and a view out our window of a handful of them sleeping in the street. 5 stars otherwise as none of that is the Hotels fault. "
