"J’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel l’an passé, l’endroit était vraiment sympathique. Mais cette fois ci c’était complètement différent. Beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs , des déchets par terre. Le matelas était couvert de tâches , idem pour une serviette de bain. Je ne reviendrai pas. "

"We love this hotel, especially for longer stays in Toulouse. It's clean, attractive, has a kitchen area, and has super friendly staff. The beds are comfy. There is a laundry room for guests. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect: on a quiet street a few bus stops from the city center. I always opt for a balcony room; it's very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. And this summer I was grateful for the air conditioned room!"

"Brenda and Lisa are the best. They made sure our stay was very comfortable for me and my family. They also helped us a lot with all the questions we had and gave us the resources we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely miss Toulouse! We had so much fun discovering new places. I will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends when they go to France. Very kind staff and the hotel goes above and beyond for the price we paid. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!"
