"Lovely modern hotel with excellent helpful staff. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. While it is convenient for the train station the area is under development so it’s a mixture of new and derelict buildings which didn’t inspire confidence especially at night. It’s quite a distance into Bordeaux centre and the commute wasn’t helped by the trams in the area not running. However, once we understood the bus services we coped fine. Despite these issues would stay there again for the quality of hotel and service."

"Booked a triple room for a one night stopover. Arrived after nine in the evening due to issues with Eurostar and missing a connection in Paris. Hotel about as close to station as it could be without actually being inside. No problem checking in late. Room was small but adequate for what we needed and although it’s a very busy area didn’t really notice any noise issues. Plenty of places to eat in area. "
