"Love this place!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating at 1am when we arrived after checking in at a previous disastrous hotel. They offered bottled water every time they saw us and the place was so so clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious!"

"My stay was awful from beginning to end. Check-in was a complete nightmare. It took valet almost 40 minutes to take our car. We had no assistance unloading our luggage, We were told to back in with no help and 100 people walking by. We received none of the check-in amenities provided to other guests. ..."
