Excellent location, walkable to the historic spots. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Our room was spacious and clean. Bryan was friendly, hospital and very accommodating. Breakfast was fine. There are numerous coffee shops in the area if you wish to get your specialty coffee.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was nice. The breakfast was really good and Dominic was on top of things making sure everything was stocked and there was always plenty of food when things were getting low. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I also loved the showerhead. The only thing they didn't have was a bathroom vent. All in all, this was a great hotel.

We had a good stay overall. The room was nice, breakfast was really good (though food could take a while to be refilled during peak hours), and the downtown Savannah location was excellent. The main downside was the expensive valet-only parking, especially with a lot across the street charging about a third of the price. We were also mistakenly charged for valet parking we didn’t use, though the hotel corrected it quickly once we pointed it out. Overall, a pleasant stay, but be sure to check your bill!

Services rendered were not good. Ran out of toilet tissue, clean towels and came to the room to bring items while we were gone and didn’t touch the beds. Nothing was on the beds for them not to have made them up. Breakfast was good and their services were good. Some staff was so not concerned about customer satisfaction.

Staff was not helpful and not friendly. We felt we were bothering them. Both on check in and check out. The evening front desk person was a bit nicer than the one in the afternoon. She was not welcoming at all. Hotel was clean and situated in an ok location, but still a bit of a walk to river.
