"Very disappointed the pool was closed. There was no notification anywhere. We chose this hotel because of the pool. Would have been nice to have because the temps were over 100 with the heat index. One the plus side, the hotel did upgrade us to a suite"

"First I have to mention Jazmine the Front Desk Clerk who was the nicest most pleasant employee I have ever had in all my travels .. she was truly a Superstar ! All of the other employees were also very nice and courteous.. my room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.. breakfast was good and had lots of options.. the pool area was nice and they had a concierge in the lobby which was very helpful if you are planning any excursions or want tickets to the hop on hop off bus.. the hotel was centrally located with the Riverfront The Marketplace and Broughton Street in one direction and most of the popular squares with their famous Houses and Churches Jones Street and Forsyth Park in the other direction.. there’s a Walgreens about 3 blocks over for snacks drinks and such to keep in the refrigerator in room which it provided along with a microwave and coffee machine.. I would definitely recommend staying here.. I had a wonderful time"
