"Great location - easy walking to everything. Public parking across the street. Great amenities - wine/cheese daily, coffee, fresh cookies. Loved quaint Victorian style tooma but property is in need of some upkeep - chipping paint, broken shower rod, etc. "

"Hotel location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. However, our room was on 2nd floor, next to public parking lot, very noisy at night, we can hear music from City Market. Breakfast was just OK, the 1st day we did not get breakfast because the kitchen had to close early. "

"I stayed for four nights, had two rooms that we requested and were told would be conjoining rooms; they were not. Not even on the same floor. The first room they gave us, we keyed in, and there was someone already checked into that room. So we walked in on a stranger sleeping at midnight. Not sure who was more scared, them or us. Then, both rooms were not cleaned any of the days we stayed out of the four nights total. We requested everyday that someone come and clean the rooms, or at the very least give us new towels and not once did it happen. I was not offered any kind of service or even apology. "

"To pay for valet parking,but staff not always there,slow retrieve the car.surprised $10 tip on my credit card!!!!’no breakfast but advertising that available.coffee in the lobby is warm!!!front dash staff are good,but not enough to accommodate the check in time."

"Only stayed one night, but would come again. Great location. The pool deck is great, we stayed with our toddler and the pool was awesome for him. Half of it is only a foot deep, so super easy for toddler splashing. "
