"Clean & comfortable rooms. Obvious effort to modernize rooms. Spacious. Reception were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean & breakfast included in our room rate though we did not use it. It was a bit of a hike from reception to our room so if you have mobility concerns I would mention this during the booking process. Many of the rooms on our 4th floor hallway looked at if someone had tried to pry the doors open (this was a bit unsettling) but rooms were secure and we felt safe in the hotel. "

"The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards."

"The room needs major upgrades with the quality of the bed, the kitchen pans were filthy and the overall quality was less than what was expected. The one air conditioner in the room could not adequately keep the entire unit cool. The final thought is that the only staff person that spoke english on the property was the front desk staff. This is not acceptable in America."

"I checked in with my sister, went to the room and it was a king bed. Returned to the desk as I had booked 2 queens. I was told I was wrong and there were no other rooms available. I showed my receipt from expedia to prove my reservation and still was offered no apology or change of rooms. Clerk was very dismissive."
