"Wonderful view of ocean with Nubble Light House in the distance which made for an amazing sunrise from the second floor. Room clean, bright and comfortable not much room for moving around. Bathroom clean with bare necessities, needs shelving for personal products, glad I had a hanging bathroom organizer. Heater worked very well. Nice location for walking full length of beach. Unfortunately pool under maintenance, very disappointing not to know this ahead of time. Complimentary coffee only. Check bathroom supplies and ask for what you might need right away as desk not always staffed. I guess I’d stay again but also would be open to looking elsewhere."

"There is no hot tub like advertised.. the pool is very cold. We booked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub and come to find out the hot tub is no longer there. Was not happy at all..."

"This motel is about the view. It smells like old motel, and the hot water is sometimes unreliable, but the staff was very nice, and you can't beat that view of the ocean at sunrise and at moonrise. It's a short drive to the more touristy areas of York Beach, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this place will work fine. You can cross the street for a nice walk along the more rocky areas of the beach."

"I’m giving it a poor review because of the beds and how thin the walls were. We were going to stay for two nights but we left after the first night because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable to sleep on that we couldn’t get comfortable, on top of that we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. We couldn’t take another night off no sleep so we checked out the next morning eating the non refundable night lost."

"Room had 2 queen sized beds. Microwave and Fridge. We went first weekend in October, they just did a ground cleaning in the building, everything was super clean. Friendly check in, fast check out. Across the street from the ocean "
