"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

Frederick gave us excellent info on what to see and where to eat. Charming Boutique hotel although the streets cape next to a Tattoo parlour was a bit off putting . "We love the European boutique hotels and this was great. The location is right where we wanted to be in the old town area with so many shops and restaurants and, of course, the Papal Palace. The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and our room was just right. It was larger than many European hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for our things and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet at night."

"The room was a lot older than expected. The bathroom just had a bathtub with a long handle shower head but nowhere to hold the shower head higher so you can't really shower standing up. It also didn't have any shower curtains"
