It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. "Enjoyed staying in the beautiful Riad, my only complaint would be that we were left with no towels for two days of our stay. Had requested upon stepping out and when we got back in, there were still no towels not sure why cleaning staff removed the towels and not replaced them. Unfortunately this was upsetting because given the heat, the sweating wanting to freshen up just caused delays, getting short in time and having booked activities to get to. Otherwise, this riad is beautiful. Staff overall is great and it is in a great location."

From the moment we arrived, everyone we met genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The breakfast team deserve a particular mention — they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive every morning, and made us feel so well looked after. The whole team took such care with the little details, from daily gifts and thoughtful surprises to providing pregnancy pillows and making sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. It was this level of genuine care and attention that made our babymoon so memorable. We felt incredibly looked after from start to finish and are very grateful to the entire team for making such a special trip even more special. We would absolutely love to return."

The hospitality was wonderful, and the riad itself was beautiful, with stunning, authentic Moroccan décor and a lovely traditional touch throughout the room. The location was excellent—close to many of the souks and the main square, while still feeling peaceful and very secure. We had a few early-morning tours booked, and the staff were incredibly accommodating by preparing a small breakfast for us before the regular breakfast hours. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. We would definitely stay at Riad Jona again!"

"The property was beautiful and the interior was in the Moroccan style. We were put in a basement room without windows which was not clear when booking. We spent very little time in the room so it wasn’t the end of the world but it did feel like a cell. The staff were lovely though and the place was clean throughout. The gardens needed tending but the pool was clean. It was a half hour walk into the middle of Marrakech which we did and also took taxis when it was too hot. I’d stay there again but with a room with a window please!!"
