"The location is very central to downtown Reykjavik. Everything is within reasonable walking distance. We told the hotel that we were there for our engagement and the hotel accommodated us with pastries and rose petals. The bar and restaurant was very delicious. If you bring a car the parking is a little confusing and tight but very reasonable."

"The breakfast was fresh. The room was overall clean. They seriously need to clean or replace the couches. The couch I had was filthy under the the pillows. The staff when checking in was pleasant. One cleaning lady was very kind. The others were not. If you go during the winter season don’t expect the snow to be cleared in front of the hotel. The cleaning people were loads one morning. Woke me up before 8, with the noise in the hallway. This should be required! Maintenance could have shoveled...
