"Zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, in der Rooftop-Bar hat man einen super Ausblick auf Kopenhagen.
Unser Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber, vor dem Fenster befanden sich Hinterlassenschaften vom Vorgänger.
Ich kann das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen."

"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right.
Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport.
Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"Staff is helpful. AC doesn’t feel that strong but you never feel warm if you don’t want to. Plus, it doesn’t get that hot anyway there. Room was decently clean for its price. Good location. Helpful cheerful staff."

"The room was way smaller than we could have ever expected …. Breakfast included was good but there was long lines and waits for the elevator. The restaurant “the corner” had staff that seemed to feel quite rude we could never get help as we are English speaking (maybe they assumed American) but the server Sofie was lovely and always came to our rescue"
