"Appreciated the airport shuttle with just an overnight stay this time. Think room doors could be padded around the contact area to make closing less noisy. Recommend staying in even numbered rooms which face away from the busy Dixon Road."

"We arrived early because our flight was at 7:00 a.m. and I knew that we weren't probably going to get a room to later. We talked to three different staff who told us our room could be ready by noon time and that they would let us know. We sat right across from the front desk for 6 hours and no one approached us to tell us our room was ready or we can check in even tho we went up and asked a few times. I really bathroom floor had hair on it and small hairs in the bathtub.. there was also stains on our bedding as well as sticky residue on the bed side table. I chose to stay at the Sandman because I've stayed at other Sandman signatures and they are amazing customer service and overall quality. "
