"We didn't know much about the hotel or their philosophy, however it was beautiful, spacious, clean so many places to linger, play, relax or socialize. We wanted the free laundry and it was perfect! Great location across from the tram station and a beautiful park on the other corner. East walk to historic city center. Free blue line parking overnight just minutes away. Fabulous check n staff,.all around lovely atmosphere! Enjoyed our king bed, open windows and really nice...

"Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here "

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Deeply appreciated the room upgrade with a stunning lookout of the grounds. Only wished the bumpin' music in the clubhouse (?) was a bit quieter during sleeping hours. "Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Quiet and safe off very busy street."

"The hotel was awsome. Meet above my expectations. Room service was great, you wanted something and just in few minutes it was at your door. Breakfast was good and location great. Just the room size: basic room was very small so I would expenses few hundreds more to get the bigger room. Bar had so much variety on the drinks. Oveall shout out to all staff for their professionalism and awsome job. Overall superb place and highly recommended. "
