"Hands down the nicest hotel property we have stayed in at the Florida panhandle. We recommend the hotel option where the rooms and common areas are in the same category as the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was great. The beach is a short walk away, and the pools are beautiful. "First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. "The home was fully stocked and amendable. Everything we needed for the beach too from towels to chairs. (My daughter’s family stayed in a Condo nearby and they were not as fortunate.) We had shops within a block including a CVS pharmacy and Winn Dixie grocery store. 10/10 Highly recommend! "
