"Great Location across the road from the Convention Centre Clean &roomy. The only thing that we did find the lifts very slow. When checking out had to go up to 25th floor to come down as both lifts were full & we were on the 3rd floor."

"Room was clean, only some little things that were forgotten for example, we found a used glove on the lounge. The room was very big so definitely worth what I paid and would probably stay again. The area was a bit noisy from all the cars but it was very easy access to bus stops, the Main Street and the tram."

"We were pleasantly surprised and will have no issue staying at the premises again. Communal areas were clean and well maintained. Security was amazing, parking was a bit difficult to navigate however this is typical of parking in multi-story complexes. Staff were very polite. Good experience all round. Well done. "

"Everything about this place was lovely(eg., location, view, cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff) with one exception, horrible bed pillows. It was not possible to shape the pillow for neck support. It really affected getting a good nights sleep and woke up with neck pain."
