"There's reception only until 3 pm. We arrived a bit later and the check-in process is terrible. No one to talk to (especially since I only have eSim and there's no WhatsApp option for a call. The process and details were not clear. The key was left in a safe, but there were 2 envelops in the same safe. "The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken
In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much

Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service.
During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel.
We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
