The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel. The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including: Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun. A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat. Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed. Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again."
