"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I travelled with my two boys, and we absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind to my boys and even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The breakfast each morning was excellent with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious food. The location is perfect, just minutes from Efteling. Having a bakery and an ice cream shop right across the street made it even better and was a big hit with my boys. Love that we could buy our tickets at the hotel and got a bit of discount! The hotel also has a welcoming bar, a cozy lounge, and a beautiful patio where we could relax after a fun day at the park. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Efteling or the surrounding area. We would happily stay here again!"

"I've stayed at park plaza many times over the years, and it is always excellent - especially the support from staff. In the past year or so, the car parking has changed, and instead of paying direct to the hotel, payment has to be completed via a 3rd party machine or app. This is not at all user friendly, and it was only with the help of the super staff that we got it working properly. Even then, despite having paid fully, I found on multiple occasions that the barrier did not open automatically as it should when exiting, and I had to return to reception to enlist the help of the staff again."

"Staff were amazing. I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!"

"Two sinks in the bathroom. Bath and shower included in room. Fans included. Beds were very comfortable! Quite s tired room in terms of decor but still absolutely fine for what we needed and paid for. Shower gel and hand-wash also included in room. Free parking and there were plenty of spaces. Only a ten minute drive tk Efteling which was great 👍"

"Whilst the room was a little dated, it was very clean, a fan was provided (we stayed during very hot weather), and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The staff could nit have been more welcoming and friendly, making our stay an enjoyable one. Excellent value for money, and perfect for what we needed. The only thing not mentioned in the description when booking was the fact the self-parking cost us €7.50 for the night."
