"Ich habe übersehen dass es mit der Firmenrechnung schwer wird wenn man bei Hotel.COM bereits vorher bezahlt Der Inhaber konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen da er am Monatsende erst das Geld von Hotel.COM erhält und keine detaillierte Rechnung ausgestellt wird"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. The only downside for me was the connection to and from the airport. If you have a car, no problem. However, the Mobility connector to the airport was not fully explained, and the driver of the bus definitely was not a people person. There is only one drop off. So we had to get out at the wrong terminal. No problem if I had known that ahead of time. Wish the hotel would be located closer to the airport. And/or it should be explained...

"The first room we were sent to was smelling and they moved us to a different room which their safety deposit box wasn't operating. We called the front desk and told them about the problem. After about half an hour a person came to our room and tried to fix it , and told us that he doesn't know what is the problem with the safe. The following day two people came in our room and the safe wasn't finally fixed. We had a dinner invitation in Munich Central the first night , but we didn't want to...

"The hotel was clean, well run and only a short distance from the airport. My only complaint was the lack of any coffee maker in the room. Normally we would simply find a coffee shop nearby, but no such shop exists. We asked for a coffee, without the full buffet breakfast at their restaurant but were refused."
