"The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and there was an omlette station! Hotel is definitely going for a classic Bavarian look which I quite liked. Some upgrades would be appreciated like newer TVs with smart cast. Be careful in the shower, it's only a pane of glass and it's easy to get water everywhere. Our room had a forest view which was nice and quiet."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. "

"This was a tough one. The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is situated out on the point and you get a clear view of the mountains. The rooms are somewhat dated as it is an older hotel. I would give it a 4.5 and although I like modern hotels, I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was in a good location. The service staff, particularly the receptionist and restaurant staff were not friwndly or accommodating. We had purchased breakfast with our room reservation. When we checked we were told breakfast was available till 11 am. We came to the restaurant at 10.35 am were curtly told that breakfast was done, though we could have coffee. The staff the. "Das Hotel an sich ist empfehlenswert. Sauberkeit, Zimmerausstattung, Personal und Frühstück. Auch die Lage zum Stadtzentrum ist gut. Wenn man allerdings ruhigere Nächte haben möchte, sollten man auf den eigentlich schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge verzichten. Ca. 10 Meter vom Hotel entfernt verläuft eine elektrifizierte, durchaus nicht selten und auch nicht nur tagsüber befahrene, zweigleisige Bahnstrecke. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist also äußerst unangenehm. Für diese Situation kann...
