"The parking was free and located right by the resort and spa areas. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pillows were rather hard, though. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, as American guests might desire. There was a hot water boiler, two cups and one spoon, 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and instant coffee singles, and milk singles (during our visit to the area we could not find any coffee creamer in liquid or powdered form anywhere). "The Hotel was beautiful and the spa was wonderful. Great location. The bathroom has a large lovely bathtub. It was October and cold. I tried to run the bath and the water was only warm. Odd, because the shower was hot. I called about it. I also stopped by the front desk. They said they would send someone. We were there 3 nights. The problem was not solved and I didn't get to take a long hot bath. Very dissapointing."

"Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Devitt’s is a 2 minute walk and their roast is to die for! Dave at the front desk was an exceptional host. We stayed in the townhouse side which has been newly renovated. Starting with the pros: -Bed is plush and amazing! Pillows are firm. -Everything is clean and new quiet location. -The restaurant at the hotel is great! The views are amazing and the drinks are delicious. Cons: -No safe -We had to call for an iron -The bathroom door is a...
