"The Bidwell is a nicely furnished, clean, well-located hotel with excellent staff. Areas for improvement: the bed mattress was quite soft and/or in need of replacement (or may be perfect for those who like a softer mattress), wi-fi is free but only with Marriott membership (shouldn't wi-fi simply be a standard feature at a higher end hotel, without a loyalty program?), and the shower curtain rod drooped so the curtain kept sliding open resulting in water on the floor.
