"Das Hotel war wunderschön, wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle unglaublich herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr modern mit einem schönen Balkon, wir haben uns durchgehend wohlgefühlt. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. "While Cape Town itself was wonderful and the food at the hotel was quite good, the overall service fell well short of expectations. Throughout my stay, I constantly had to track down basic amenities and follow up on requests.
