"Basic maintenance is being ignored. In our 1st room the smoke alarm was beeping and needed a battery. We were relocated to another room, but already had brought items in. The next room was good. However, in the morning we tried to make coffee & the GFI was out. Needs replacing and should have been done long ago as the reset was melted. Also, looked up and the smoke alarm wasn't there. The desk staff did what they could. i believe this goes back to ownership"

"The fitness center was a room with a weight set, a broken treadmill, and an exercise bike in it. The room didn’t have an air conditioner that was running, and the room smelled very musty. "

"Very clean rooms and bathrooms, amazing shower, extremely helpful and responsive staff on any needs, my only suggestions would be update coffee to be better (look at Fairfield inn coffee and get ideas) and update the bedding style of comforter.
