"Basic but comfortable. A bit soulless but excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again. One remark: although the hotel is sometimes advertised as “hotel-restaurant” it is not possible to have dinner here. The restaurant serves only breakfast (not included). "

"The hotel is located on top of the hill and the town, that’s approximately 20 min walk down a well bricked path is sleepy… It is not the hotel’s fault, but nonetheless the town only has a few shops open. Although, I believe most visitors are here for the open market or to hike the castle ruins beside the hotel. Overall, the hotel is excellent. "Telefonisch schlechte Erreichbarkeit obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen gehören jedoch dringend ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecke und Kissen waren katastrophal,alles sehr einfach gehalten und absolut kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Morgens vor 6 Uhr wurde man durch andere Gäste auf dem Flur geweckt (vermutlich Handwerker) vor Arbeitsbeginn. Die Haupttür zum "Hotel" knallt nach jedem Öffnen ins Schloss. Hatten ohne...

"Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"

"When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key.
