Nice hotel. All fine, no issues. Good breakfast. A few minutes drive from Mayrhofen. Helpful staff who spoke good English. I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Inn. The unit was well-stocked, clean, had ample storage, plenty of seating, and was in a good location. The water pressure was strong. Self-check-in was flawless. Blackhome Innsbruck City Centre
Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave.
