"Room was clean and staff was great. However the room needs some serious maintenance keep up. The temperature in the room was at 27 all the time. Thank you to the night guy at front desk on my second night who game me ice for my sprained ankle. Thank you as it helped me a lot. "

"room was very different to how it was described. the bathroom was undersupplied, with no hand soap and the supposed "luxury" bath products being pretty bang average in quality, and also empty. we were also told there would be bathrobes, but there were none. we though "at least we can still get 24 hour room service" as we were told in the description of the room - and by the guy at the front desk - but when we phoned, they said they were too busy at the bar and room service was off. when we went downstairs to get some food and a drink, there was only about 2 tables with people in the whole bar and they clearly weren't busy at all, just lazy. overall very disappointed and want my money back. I booked this place for valentines day because it was advertised as fancy and romantic but it was shabby and underwhelming. if I'd known what we were gonna get, I would've just booked a hostel and probably had a better experience for about half the money."
