"Welcoming staff and nice location. But the property is very old and the rooms have a very upcycled, refurbished vibe. For a pricey hotel, I would have expected a bit nicer. Location is pretty, cool boardwalk with shops. But the noise from traffic, boats, and trains begins around 6 am and is impossible to sleep through. Valet only parking is also kind of cumbersome. Overall a decent stay. "

"While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking...

Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea...

"Bathroom plumbing sucks. Both sink and shower drains SLOW. Standing in 2” of water whenever you shower. Sink takes a minute to drain completely if you wash your hands. Toilet super loud and makes high pitch noise at the end of the flush, great to hear in the middle of the night! "
