"O hotel é simples e não tem portaria 24 h, somente em alguma parte do dia. A localização é otima, o quarto é bom, limpo, e o café da manhã é bom. A única dificuldade foi o controle da porta de ingresso, que não tinha teclas muito práticas (pequenas e algumas confusas). Deveriam atualizar isto. A recepcionista que nos recebeu não foi muito simpática, enquanto a que serviu o café foi extremamente simpática e gentil. No geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem em Trapani."

"Excellent, atmospheric property in the middle of Trapani. Staff was very helpful. There is no elevator in the building so there are stairs. Rooms were good. Hotel restaurant was very good and convenient. Breakfast was excellent--one of the best of our trip."
