"L'accueil est sympathique et propose de monter les bagages au 3eme étage avec un mo te-charge. La chambre et la salle d'eau sont grandes et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner, à base de pâtisseries sucrées et salées locales est excellent. Le logement est propre, calme et situé à 2 pas de l'embarquement pour les îles. On trouve de nombreux restaurants et attractions à proximité. Un parking gratuit est disponible sur le parking près de la via Ilio, pas tout près, mais très pratique."

"The property is a beautiful modern conversion of an old church with stunning architectural features. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. It's a bit tricky to reach if you're driving, but we took advantage of the guarded offsite parking and were quite happy with the service. There was no view from the room, but that was due to the nature of the architecture. The location was excellent for walking."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close pretty much to everything in Trapani. The stuff is wonderful! So helpful and friendly an excellent example of authentic Sicilian hospitality! Last but not least the complimentary breakfast, including a beautiful assortment of Sicilian home made pastry . "Extremely Disappointing Stay in Apartment No. 7 I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in. Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The bedspreads appeared unwashed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower was in poor condition with a leaking, malfunctioning faucet. The mattress in the bedroom...

"This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing."

"A delightful stay at Alberto Rosso - although we stayed during a holiday weekend ( Sat / Sun / Mon / Tues ) and the proximity to the town centre made it somewhat noisy ( family hub bub until 2.00am !! ) the nearness to Trapani old town centre made it an excellent base for restaurants and bars ALSO near to buses for excursions and boats for island visits. Thank you Alberto Rosso for an enjoyable week!"

"Very frustrating that the Junior Suite "Sea View" room actually only has a partial see view from one side and a view of the road from the other. When it says sea view I expect the room to be fully facing the sea. Also the AC was very weak and the room never actually got down to the set temperature. One the plus side the morning breakfast was a good value and nice sea views on the back deck."
